Refer Maruti Suzuki car to your friends and family members and earn 1000 Auto Points. These referral points will be added to your account when your recommendations result in the sale of a new Maruti Suzuki car
Earning referral points:
1. Please find enclosed referral vouchers
2. Simply fill in and hand over a referral voucher to the friend or family member you wish to refer
3. The referred person can come to the dealership to buy a new Maruti Suzuki car
4. On presenting the referral voucher, he/she receives a stamped counterfoil of the voucher from the dealer
5. He/She then gives the stamped counterfoil to you
6. You can then come to the same dealership with the counterfoil and get 1000 Auto Points credited to your account
Winning the grand prizes:

• AutoCard members can earn referral points only when customer is referred to buy a new Maruti Suzuki car from Maruti Suzuki authorized dealership offering AutoCard facility
• The Maruti Suzuki AutoCard Referral Voucher must be duly filled in and signed by the member before handing it over to the friend/family for reference
• The referral points would be awarded to the AutoCard programme member only on net new referrals, i.e., the referred person should not have already made an enquiry at the Maruti Suzuki dealership
• The referral points would be awarded to the AutoCard programme member only when referral coupon is signed and stamped by the dealership from where referred customer bought the car
• AutoCard member will get the referral points only from the dealership from where the actual sale was made
• All gifts/rewards would be subject to their availability
• Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute the gifts or the programme conditions, at any time without assigning any reason and without any prior notification
• Gifts disbursed are neither exchangeable for other items, nor refundable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances
• Any dispute concerning the promised quality of the gift items should be settled between the member and the participating establishment supplying the goods. Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. will bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes, or for the dispute itself
• Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. would bear no responsibility for any loss of whatever nature resulting from the usage of any gift item
• Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.'s failure to enforce a particular term or condition does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition by Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.
• The programme would be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi
• This offer is for a limited period; from 1st June, 2008 to 31st March, 2009
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer
• Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. reserves the right to extend or terminate this offer without prior notice

• Member needs to present his/her card to the dealership in order to update the point - the eligible members for the Draw should have updated their card with the referral points before the time of Draw. The Draw will be selected from the eligible members by an independent agency
• Winners once declared would be final in all respect
