I forgot to bring the Card to the dealership. How do I get Auto Points endorsed?
In case you forgot to bring your Card to the dealership, you can ask the dealer executive to award you the Auto Points on the temp Card. Kindly ensure that the correct number of points are entered on the temp Card and it is stamped by the dealership
On your next visit to the same dealership, you can get your loyalty account updated by showing the temp Card to the dealer executive
I have lost my Card. What should I do?
Maruti Suzuki AutoCard: If you have lost your Maruti Suzuki AutoCard, immediately call 1800 1800 180 to block your card and request for a new card.
SBI Maruti Card: If you have lost your SBI Maruti Card, immediately call the SBI card helpline numbers to block your card and request for a new card.
Can I redeem only a part of my total accumulated Auto Points during a transaction? If yes, how?
Yes, you can redeem a part of the Auto Points earned by you. e.g. If you have a cumulative Auto Points balance of 2000 points, you can redeem 1000 points and leave the balance for a later transaction
Do I get Auto Points for the payment that I make for a new Maruti Suzuki vehicle?
No, you will not get Auto Points on the purchase of a new Maruti Suzuki vehicle.
Will I earn Auto Points if I get my accidental car repaired at the body shop?
You will get Auto Points only on the amount paid by you. Points shall not be given on the amount claimed from insurance company or from elsewhere.
